One of our goals at the Innovative Wellness Center is to always provide excellent patient care. We recognize that convenience is a large part of great customer service. Therefore, we now offer our patients the ability to arrange for an appointment online.

Just let us know what time of day works best for you, and a staff member will schedule your appointment and call you to confirm the date and time. It's that easy!
