Michele
Berger, registered dietitian, graduated from Montclair State University
in January of 1999 with a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in
Dietetics. After
graduating, Michele was accepted into a competitive 9-month internship
where she participated in hands-on clinical, outpatient and foodservice
training. Upon completion,
a registration examination was required to complete her training.
Michele worked two and half years as a clinical dietitian at
Virtua Health in Southern New Jersey.
She then transferred to the Outpatient Weight Management
Center where she spent five years focusing on the wellness of patients
through group and individual counseling.
In addition to being Certified in Adult Weight Management,
Michele specializes in gastric bypass preparation, diabetes and heart
disease. In 2006, Michele
brought her experience and dedication
to wellness to the community by opening Nutrition Solutions, LLC.

Andrea
Panaccione is a registered dietitian
with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics
from the
University
of
Maryland
and a Master of Science Degree
in Clinical Nutrition from the
University
of
Medicine
and Dentistry of New Jersey. She
completed her dietetic internship with
UMDNJ and then passed the national dietetic registration exam to become
a registered dietitian. Andrea has earned American
Dietetic Association Certification in Pediatric, Adolescent, and
Adult Weight Management. She is also a member of the American Dietetic
Association, the New Jersey Dietetic
Association, the
American
College
of Sports Medicine, and the Sports,
Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group. Andrea
has experience in counseling all populations. Her special interests
include weight management and behavior change,
wellness, cardiovascular health, diabetes, and sports
nutrition. Andrea has been a nutrition volunteer for the NJ
Summer Special Olympics, the NJ Marathon
Health and Fitness Expo, the ING NYC Marathon,
and the Philadelphia Marathon. She
has previous experience working as a dietitian for the

Two
session initial consultation, including: Medgem test, Body Composition analysis,
3 day diet recall analysis, food model demonstration, caloric intake
recommendations, sample meal plans and goal setting.
Five
week start-up program: Includes everything from above in addition to
nutrition education, fat and calorie counter book, nutrition and fitness
journal and (5) ½ hour follow-ups each including a body composition
test.
Ten
week comprehensive “New You” program: Includes everything from above
in addition to healthy recipes, one weeks worth of meal plans, 10
chapter nutrition educational binder, extensive nutrition education and
(10) ½ hour follow ups each including a body composition test.
